From the Chef who created the best burger on the block at the Grand Central hotel is building the best burger bar in Brooklyn. Cory McPherson started a long following of customers at the Grand Cetral Hotel and is doing so in south Williamsburg. His experience ranges from apprenticing under Iron Chef Kevin Rathbun in Atlanta to Kevin Reilly of The Water Club in Manhattan. Williamsburger will be featuring small farm raised hereford beef burgers and local organic farm raised veggie burgers. Also daily selections of frozen custard.
